English: The Hague Bus Museum's bus, a 1975 Leyland National (reg. 27-69-GB), painted as Westnederland bus No. 3114, pictured at the 2002 Showbus bus rally in the United Kingdom. 3114 was one of a batch of 25 Nationals imported for trials in 1975 with various Dutch operators (3113-3118 to WN), envisioned as being between both a city and regional type. To eliminate glare, the 2-peice front rounded windscreen was replaced with a 6 piece flat screen in 1976 by CAB of Utrecht. The type was found to be maintenance heavy due to mechanical unreliability, and also prone to slipping due to the small wheels, and no more were bought. With just 30,000km on the clock 3114 was purchased from Westnederland by the museum on 15 June 1984, and restored by 1999.
