I apologise in advance for writing this in English but my experience is that most people from the Netherlands speak English very well.
About five or ten years ago, the district (also called Campbell Park) transferred from "Campbell Park civil parish" to "Central Milton Keynes civil parish". The original parish has not yet changed its name. So the park is not in the civil parish of that name any more
