Hi, since some of the stated total number of pages in the web for foreign-language editions of this work appear to be "placeholder" values, can someone in possession of the Dutch version of the book check and report the exact numbers, please? For comparison, these are the values for the English edition by Allen Lane: 2 blue pages (in form of one thicker sheet) + 18 pages (frontmatter & ToC) + 446 pages (actual contents) + 2 blue pages (thicker sheet), and for the German issue by S. Fischer: 2 blue pages (thicker sheet) + 20 pages (frontmatter & ToC) + 489 pages (actual contents) + 3 blank pages (white) + 2 blue pages (thicker sheet). 461 pages content
Total: 478 pages
