Excuse me for writing in English. The article say that the race was won by Guido Bontempi in 1988 (and so says the article on Guido Bontempi), but according to the official homepage it was won by Phil Anderson, and that Anderson was the winner is confirmed, not only by the article on Anderson, but also by the pages on FirstCycling, ProCyclingStats and Cycling Archives.
